Below, a copy of three letters; the first one in Dutch, signed by a Mr. M.H.J. van Orsouw Chief Tax Inspector at the TAX ADMINSITRATIORS office Oost-Brabant in The Netherlands, wherein stating that in his capacity as Chief Tax Inspector he signed the second letter, it being a translation into English of the original letter (letter 3 and 4.) granting The Atlantic Windmaster Foundation permission to operate as a Dutch Charitable Foundation.
